Today, I love being in ketosis. Down 35 lbs so far. Going keto can take a little getting used to, but once in a rhythm, the mental clarity, and energy, etc. Keto also saved me physically as well.

Weight keeps dropping off, I feel great AND, every time I think of having a bowl of ice cream, I run to the closet and look at all the pretty clothes that soon I can wear again. I was a model before gaining weight due mostly to illness and every pound I lose is totally worth it.
Our highly processed and high fat with high carbs diets and sedentary ways are going to kill off many of our kids.
