I was probably around pounds when I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon, and my weight was going nowhere but up at that point. I was half way to my goal and I now had the confidence that I would reach it. Was I ready for that bikini? Thanks Harland, appreciate you spreading the word and glad you found the information useful.
