I received a restaurant guide used it twice already and a menu book that includes approved foods you can use to supplement your menu at the grocery store. Some are about seeking out the most precious treasure known to man or woman: I wish the weight melted off easier, but it took a while putting it on and so I expect it'll take time getting it off too. I just had to follow the instructions that came with the plan and eat the food that the plan provided me with. I mainly shop at Whole Foods aka Whole Paycheck though. I have lost 8 pounds so far and am really excited.
However, the results are usually weak and inconsistent and certainly nothing to get excited about. At the end of the day, the only thing that is really proven to help you lose weight is changing your diet. Exercise can help too, but what you eat is by far the most important.
