I like the food in this box better than the home style box. The breakfasts, snacks, and lunches i like enough. I do not like the dinners in these boxes. I bought this box just to make things easy for me because I struggle with dieting and my friend lost a lot of weight on this diet. I lost on this and it made it easier for me to stick to a low calorie diet on my own after a week on this. I would recommend this if you struggle with dieting and especially if you struggle with getting started or if you need to just drop a few pounds in a week.
For the life of me I can't understand Marie Osmond living on that stuff for 6 months. I couldn't live on it for 1 week. I know why you lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks, you'd rather starve yourself than have the Nutrisystem food. Lots of sodium also and since I am on a salt restricted program, they were not good for me. Maybe it just takes a stronger willed woman than I? Lost 10 pounds in the 5 days.
