Though the last most recent posts were definitely more along the lines of what I was hoping to get as far as responses go, as opposed as the people insulting me for asking about it.

I haven't tried the original program I asked about, but I did start drinking meal replacement shakes twice a day and still eating one meal hitting all my macro and calorie goals of course and it was extremely helpful due to my hectic schedule. Thanks all for the responses whether negative or positive!
